No courses, no video will ever make you more or less a normal specialist, it's just bullshit. Read books if you still want to join the field with penny salaries and huge competition.
But I would recommend McDonald's.

To get started, you need to float normally in terms of web developer and evolutionary gradation. When you understand the hierarchy of a web developer - you can google and search the torrent for all the information - in fact, which of them will be more useful depends on your level of understanding of the subject area and the ability to grasp information.
The hierarchy is like this - DTP (What you need to be able to do in the end is to type up any templates, adaptively, cross-browser, it is advisable not to google each solution at the end of the training. Duplicate at least one landing page, one corporate website, and one store. You don’t need to look for templates and PSD layouts, google any company in your city, make a person happy - give him a website (usually beginners take a "fish template", and then they are embarrassed to add it to their portfolio.
It is desirable to know the first three templates at the end of the layout: html, css, Html Academy 1.2 level courses on CSS and HTML
jquery
(find a plugin at the level, tweak it, be able to write your own carousels, tabs, work with DOM Jquery ), preferably: sass \less Sass , learn and implement gulp into your work. Gulp
Normal thoughtful training here for 3-4 months, taking into account the fact that you make up and expose 3 pet projects for deployment.
Next: to choose from (or all together if you have enough time and nerves)
Web developer writing sites on CMS.
frontend, backend.
