What free css template for presenting text in Russian can you recommend?
Good day, gentlemen.
I'm looking for advice from, first of all, 1) layout designers 2) website designers 3) just designers. All that I found in the public domain are free CSS templates for English.
The following need arose - for the presentation of information often have to print texts. To me, as a person who knows HTML and CSS, this option seems to be the most convenient and at the same time effective.
But using default browser properties is not an option.
I would like an aesthetically "acceptable", fairly versatile option, a kind of analogue of "Word for HTML" (a WYSIWYG editor is not necessary at all - I type it myself, in a notepad).
In terms of layout: <b><hn>,<i>,<b>,<ol>,<ul>
In terms of design:
Please , do not offer solutions like "raise a site under WordPress and work in it."
Styles (CSS) would be ideal.
Although in combination with a template that meets the above requirements, this is in principle an option but already a compromise.
If you do not know ready-made solutions, please give advice as a designer.

WYSIWYG editor and write our own css template for it to present text in the edit field (or look for one ready for this editor and download it).
The most popular are TinyMCE and CKEditor.
