We need a single system that can be integrated into a mobile application.
What you need from it:
1. Custom feedback
2. Crash reports
3. Free
4. On the developers side, the ability to view errors
5. Respond to tickets on feedback
If there are two different systems for crashes and feedback, it is also an option.
