Made transfer from several tables in one the general formula (IMPORTRANGE). How to make sure that data from those Google tables is transferred automatically so that corrections, data changes, and so on are visible in the general one.

The formula IMPORTRANGEperiodically makes a request to the source to update the data. It is not possible to speed up this process.
Alternative means are Google Apps Script, the use of the Google Sheets API, or third party software.
