How to make monthly sum?

Here are two screenshots: prntscr.com/bin23c - this is the formula itself, I'll attach more code here. Here's the page where the formula should work: prntscr.com/bin2ti
If I substitute data into the range 'Operations'!$A:$G , then the table = 0 anyway What's wrong with the current formula?
=iferror(QUERY('Operations'!$A:$G;"select SUM(E) where A >= date '2016-06-01' and A <= date '2016-06-31' and C = "" "&$A2&""" Label SUM(E) ''";);0)
Perhaps there are analogues of such a formula?
