What forms of partnership, besides sole proprietorship and LLC, are suitable for IT? NGOs?

Hello!
Now I work as a freelancer on my own for various clients, plus the websites generate a small amount of income from ads and links. Until I decide to grow up (first I want to get a tower so that the university doesn’t get under my feet, it doesn’t become a source of unnecessary hands-on work), IP suits me.
But when you need to grow in numbers, you will need to think something about the form of partnership. Now standard contracts involve individual entrepreneurs and LLCs, although there are also ALCs, CJSCs, OJSCs, or, in fact, I am most interested in NCOs. When an NPO is engaged in development (including receiving orders for development) - how is it in general? I know that Wikipedia and SMF are developed by foreign NGOs, but what does it look like in Russia?
For NGOs, making a profit is not the goal, it fully meets my needs and my ideas, but my ideas are one thing, for which I would like or not want to work, and another thing is the legal features of NGOs in Russia.

You really don't understand the words you're talking about.
A non-profit organization is not an option for you at all. This is a completely different topic for other things and things. You are doing business, not improving conditions for children in shelters.
You use the word “Partnership” out of place at all - no one has created partnerships for a long time except for homeowners and summer residents. This is not an option for doing business.
Of the options - to leave an IP or register an LLC.

"not distributing the profits received among the participants."
How will you pay your salary?

As far as I know, the state does not prevent the creation of NGOs. The founder can be both an individual and a legal entity. It should also be taken into account that all members of the NPO are responsible and are obliged to annually cover the losses incurred by the company with their additional contributions. Profit can be received from: proceeds from commercial activities, donations, investments, or from the state.
