What form of ownership to choose for IT outsourcing?

Good afternoon. I plan to outsource small firms (up to 20 machines) - support for the existing IT infrastructure + development.
A legal question arose: what form of ownership is more beneficial for the companies themselves? So that they don’t send me off, just because they were counting on a different form of cooperation.
OOO? IP? State admission? Work agreement?
I suspect that it is more profitable for them to cooperate with LLC. But opening an LLC and an individual entrepreneur is not profitable for me because of taxes and unclear prospects for my undertaking.
How to organize all the same at the initial stage?
