What form of comments to choose on the site?

Hello, tell me, who uses what form of comments on their site? A question for those who have experimented with different forms.
I have a form in which you need to enter your email and name, it is clear that you can enter any email and name that does not even exist, and it seems to me that it is precisely because of what is needed that there are no comments on articles to enter.
Maybe it's better to take comments from Vkontakte or some thread to a friend like Disqus, where there is a general authorization for all accounts.

1) Far from all articles people are ready to write comments. This may be out of shape.
2) On many sites (if we are not talking about top and well-known), the comments are fake - they are written by the creators of the site themselves.
3) Test the option on your site - no barriers: i.e. there is a form consisting of one text field, no restrictions on rights and additional parameters.
- If they start writing in this, it means that the difficulty of the form really stopped people
- If they start writing, but spam also falls - think about how to defeat it (a bunch of methods)
- If they start writing, but write any nonsense like "I'm 12 years old, I me a little pisya, what to do, etc. "- it means that you work with traffic incorrectly and you need protection from underage morons.
- If they don’t start writing, it means that people are simply not ready to write comments on such articles.
