How to allow users to correct errors on the site?

What are the solutions for correcting errors by users on the site?
Yes, exactly the same theme was already on the toaster, but Orphus, as far as I know, is not very flexible in terms of design, at least. There are Error Notification and Webmaster Spelling Notifications plugins for Wordpress , but they don't have any spam protection (as I understand it).
Is there a solution that can be customized and has anti-spam protection (captcha for example)?
PS Or maybe you can somehow limit the number of user requests, say, per minute? Then how to do it?
