What fonts can be used to display English transcription in MS Word from ABBYY Lingvo?

When preparing materials for the English language, I encountered a problem with displaying transcription. I have ABBYY Lingvo dictionaries, from which I actually copy the transcription into ms word and print it out. Everything was fine until I had to use another computer (the printer at home broke down). Transcription signs were not recognized, Google brought information about the following content:
“In the dictionaries of the ABBYY Lingvo program, transcription is displayed in a special font. The transcription font is the intellectual property of our company and is included in the ABBYY Lingvo program only in closed form, so there is no possibility to copy or print the transcription.
The other methods described did not help. Having perverted, I translated the document into pdf and printed it out. I tried to copy the transcription from a pdf file and pasted it into ms word, everything is displayed fine, the desired font is called Lucida Sans Unicode b and it works without any conversion (I would have known in advance), but it doesn’t suit me very much.
What can you advice not to convert pdf and not use Lucida Sans Unicode font to ms word?

@Kirra

Here is a list of other suitable fonts.
PS Lingvo - it's still ABBYY, not Adobe.

So it's logical: install Abbyy Lingvo on the computer you are working on, even a demo version.
