What font to choose for the layout?

Good afternoon! I am a coder with basic knowledge of design (graphics, colors, composition), but little understanding of fonts. It so happened that you need to do in the project and design. Layout in glitch/retrowave style, what Cyrillic font for the main text arrays can you advise to match the style and era, and also read well with light letters on a dark background (yes, I know that light letters on a dark background are hard to read initially)? Thanks in advance, don't beat me up with rags, please, for such questions.
