What firewood and software to download so that applications and games do not crash?

I installed raw Windows, installed firewood and the most basic software on my mother, but I can’t calmly play and listen to music at the same time, say in Battlefield or Dota 2, while the game is loading, the game crashes, followed by all other running applications, what to download or fix?
