2. Does the network fall off.

Took a server on OVH in September 2017 (physical location - Poland).
1. All components of the release of 2017.

CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1270 v6 @ 3.80GHz
HDD: HGST HUS726020ALA610 (2 * 2TB)
Memory:
size: 2 * 16 GiB
Speed: 2400 MHz
Manufacturer: Micron

2. There were no problems with the network.
3, 4. The overall impression is positive. The server ordered through the Lithuanian branch . They can write in Russian if it is difficult with English.
