What exactly do you need to know in Adobe Illustrator and Autocad?

Those who work in printing bureaus (services for printing documents, drawings, souvenir printing. In general, a bureau is a place where a student can print a drawing, abstract or print on a mug) have a requirement: knowledge of AutoCad and Adobe Illustrator.
1) What exactly do you need to know in illustrator?
2) What exactly do you need to know in autocad?
After all, they have an ocean of possibilities. I believe that only a few of them are needed here.

I think that you need to be able to frame the drawing in AutoCAD and print it out. I can’t say about the illustrator, but I think that it’s about the same, plus a little correction of the photo.
