The buildings are built directly close and between them lies a coaxial cable, through which the TV signal is transmitted from the analog console to the transmitter. The ideological scheme is shown below.


Task: carry the television studio to the other end of the city.
Problem: Pulling a coaxial cable across the city is, of course, not an option.
