What engine for News (News are photos)?

Hello. Guys, can you suggest some engine to fit my requirements.
I don't need a lot of superfluous functionality and tricks.
1) The main thing is to have authorization / registration and a simple profile (age, name, in general, the usual standard one) with an avatar.
2) So that a registered user can add news (Only photos will be news)
3) So that the admin (moderator) can moderate the news, publish it or not.
4) Comments on the news (this is optional).
5) Categories
6) Search by news title
To put it simply, the user went to the site, signed up, indicated his data, added an avatar, clicked to add news (photo), selected a photo from a PC, indicated the name and clicked upload, and the news (photo) flew away for moderation, the admin or moderator comes in, checks the news, if everything is OK, then publishes it, if not, then refuses. Well, other users can, for example, comment on the news. The admin (moder) can delete the news, while the News itself (photo files) is also deleted from the server, and not only from the database. Well, the ability to delete comments by the admin. (comments are optional). Also to be able to add news to bookmarks. And so that there is a rating or likes, and of course the TOP section so that the best ones are displayed there ... you don’t need anything more in principle. Everything is simple and clear.
I reviewed a bunch of galleries, there is nothing suitable .. DLE does not fit, in WP it's hard to do everything yourself.
