How to choose a CMS and "pull" it on a finished site?

Hello. Recommend a CMS that can add a photo gallery to the site and further edit and add photos, plus the ability to change text in blocks. As well as a way to pull the proposed CMS on the site. I ask because apart from the powerful WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, I don’t know much about others, but for my modest requirements, I think something simpler will do. Huge thank you man!
