What else, besides ffmpeg, can pack h.264+AAC into MP4 without re-encoding?
There are 2 files. In one "raw" h.264 video interlaced with B-frames, in the other audio in AAC format. It is required to place them in an MP4 container file with automatic PTS generation . This can be done with ffmpeg, but it does not generate ctts. And what programs for Windows 7 can package correctly? (preferably free)
