What electronic components to buy?

Hello, the moment has come when I finally decided to get acquainted with arduino. There was a problem with the purchase of electronic components, I live in a city quite remote from the mainland and I would like to buy everything at once, so that later I don’t have to suffer with the delivery of parcels. Could you advise what electronic components should be bought to start? Is it worth buying any sets of resistors from this list ( http://www.chipdip.ru/catalog-show/resistor-sets/?... ) or is it better to buy them separately?

It's better not to buy anything at chipidip, especially resistors =)
If you want to play with arduino and don't have clear ideas about what you will assemble, take one of the ready-made kits:

Searches for "Arduino kit" or "Arduino starter kit". There will be resistors, and buttons, and LEDs, and servos, and all sorts of sensors. If you get confused, you can see what is included in such a set and order everything separately, but I'm not sure that it will come out much cheaper.
