Hello, I found the following line in this resume : Java (University level). What does this mean? What degree of complexity of projects implemented in this language does this indicate: university problems and labs or extensive theoretical knowledge of the language without significant practice?

This means that even though a person does not have a bachelor's degree, but at the same time he owns the topic at this level.
