What does the message in the eventlog "processor 1 in group 0 power failure" mean?

У подруги стал виснуть комп. Если постоял полчаса или более выключенным, то бутится работает пару-тройку минут и виснет. После резета даже до POST не доходит, просто чёрный экран. Один раз успел увидеть в логах интересное сообщение "процессор 1 в группе 0 падение питания". Сталкиваюсь с таким в первый раз. Google не помог. С чем это может быть связано? Мать всё? Или только БП?

There are several options:
- Have you tried to overclock this processor? (Reset BIOS settings to default).
- did you change the power plan in the Windows power management settings? (Return as it was or roll back to the last Windows restore point)
- the power supply can really fail, but maybe it's just a voltage drop in the network - call an electrician or measure yourself
