What could be the problem, do the processor power contacts often burn out?
In 2013-14, I gave my old PC to my parents for use, before that I made a small upgrade to it. (New hdd, PSU and added RAM) .
And today I have this PC again with a diagnosis that nothing is displayed, there are also no post signals and the HDD and Power indicators are always on (It usually happens when the processor is not working or there is no power) .
After opening the case with the naked eye, I saw a picture that I had already seen before.
The +12V processor power supply burned out.
Here are the photos taken today :
Connector on the motherboard:
Connector:
Contacts + 12V are not even visible, it was they who burned out, everything is in order with GND.
And here is a photomade back on June 10, 2012 , though then I did not attach any importance to this (BP was completely different).
Here's what else I noticed, so these are two slightly swollen capacitors near the processor:
Who knows or has seen something like this, what could be the problem?
The joke is that it was actively used almost every day, and almost 4 years have passed since I took a photo of a burnt contact on an old PSU.

The reason is increased resistance at high current. Because connector means poor contact, and it can be directly in the connector, or maybe at the junction with the board, maybe at the junction of wires and lugs.
As usual, the bp connection with the MB is badly contacted, this happens, see the contacts on the motherboard. The concert needs to be changed.
