What does the dimm_e1 failed/disabled error mean on the Intel Server Board S2400SC2?

Good day to all. The Intel Server Board S2400SC2 has new RAM sticks, brand new from the store. 2 processors and all dimms are involved, 8 bars are installed. But... there is an error on one dimm, the LED indicator is on and in the BIOS it writes the error dimm_e1 failed/disablet.
Who faced such problem? Does anyone know what is the cure for this?
PS The strips are all 100% working, swapped, it doesn't help, it is this dimm that gives an error and instead of 128 only 112 GB of RAM works. Thank you!

The problem may be in a damaged slot, motherboard, socket (bent pins), or an error in one channel of the memory controller in the processor.
