How to "safely" change all disks to SSD in RAID5?

There is an HP server with native hards. They knocked out a small budget for an upgrade, and therefore the idea arose to change the hard drives to SSD. All this is collected on RAID5. In general, the question. If I change disks one at a time, wait for it to recover and change the next one, will it fail at all and will there be a performance increase in the end? The option to re-upload it again is to get out for the time being, since the server is working and cannot be displayed for a long time.

@Wexter

won't it crash at all

it may crash on one of the disks, after all, your old disks will be under 100% load at this time, they may not withstand
depends on the performance of the SSD and the controller
, the safest option would be to backup, build a new array and restore from backup

The correct method is: backup-replace disks-test-restor.
The rest is from the evil one.
And by the way, at the time of restoring one of the disks (rebuild of the array) - the rest of the disks are heavily loaded with all the consequences ...
