How can 9 sticks of RAM not work?

Good afternoon!
There are two motherboards: Intel-Server-Board-S5520HC (1) and Intel® Server Board S3420GPLX (2).
RAM sticks available:
1) Kingston < KVR1066D3Q8R7S / 4GI > DDR-III DIMM 4Gb... - 2 pcs.
2) Kingston ValueRAM < KVR1333D3D4R9S / 8G > DDR-III ... - 9 pcs.
When inserting RAM sticks (2) into the motherboard 1 or 2: when starting 3 peaks of the BIOS (Ami - error reading the first 64kb of RAM). Inserted and one at a time, inserted into different channels. In motherboard 2, after the peaks, further initialization of the equipment does not occur, a dull black screen. In motherboard 1, it starts up in the BIOS, shows all the installed memory.
When inserting RAM (1) into the motherboard 1: also 3 peaks, in the BIOS it sees all the installed memory.
When inserting RAM(1) into motherboard 2: normal startup.
Where to dig!
It turns out that 9 sticks of RAM and mother 1 are "dead"?
Thanks for the advice and help!
ps Haven't gotten to memtest yet.

It may not work very simply - this memory is not compatible.
In addition to the type of memory, there is also the architecture of the modules. If modules with this architecture are not in the list of supported ones, then they will not work.

It turns out that 9 sticks of RAM and mother 1 are "dead"?

according to your descriptions - yes,
but I would not be in a hurry to throw them away, I had a similar situation, then my mother did not perceive the Kingston RAM ..... xs what ....
try to test on different motherboards from different manufacturers ....
