The TYAN FT48B8812 (B8812F48W8HR) platform does not start. Why?

There is this platform. One PSU (although in the configuration it comes with 3 PSUs). I put one percent of Opteron 6174. 4 RAM sticks of 2 gigabytes. I connect to the network, the blue led on the motherboard lights up. When I press the power button, the red LED lights up, the fans do not spin. I tried another bp, from the HP server, the situation is the same. Perhaps there is not enough power from one PSU to the entire platform. What other options might there be?

There may be any options, but BP is the first and main one.
You see, it sounds something like this: “there is a car with a 4-cylinder engine. True, the candles do not work in three pots.

Although the question was asked more than a year ago, I’ll still answer:
on the offsite for this platform:

there is an instruction, albeit brief, but it says " English on white" in the left column: Power Supply - Type - ERP1U
hot-swap / (2+1) - Output Watts - 1,500 Watts (2x 750W). Those. You need at least two power supplies to run. And so the lower basket with the power supply informs the motherboard with a "Power good" signal on the main ATX power connector (24-pin, pin No. 8 ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ATX
)) that not everything is in order with the power, that's why the red LED lights up.
