Hetzners' support seems to be on the weekend... I decided to buy a server at the auction. But two questions arose:
1) what does Operating system: Delivered in Rescue System mean?
2) Where are the servers located? those. who is the owner? Hetzners, or do they resell?

1. FAQ from Hetzner. The short answer is that you are given a minimal distribution kit based on Debian and then drive as you wish - you format the disks, you roll some kind of distribution kit of your own. Wealth of choice.
2. In Germany, there are several DCs afaik. They belong to them. On the topic of location and everything about their DCs, there is again a FAQ
