How to connect to Backup space from Hetzner?

I keep several servers with Hetzner. I have free 100GB Backup space.
I can't connect to your-backup.de. If I connect to my server via ssh and from there I connect to your-backup.de, then there are no problems, everything connects.
But I just ca n't do it from the local computer
... All data is generally 1000% correct. Google didn't help.

Backup machines are only available from hetzner networks.
From any of your three servers, you can connect to backups of any of them.
From external networks - it is impossible, yes.

Because the fuck do not need this Backup space, use S3
