What does .android\repositories.cfg could not be loaded mean?

I compile my project and it shows in the warnings

File C:\Users\User\.android\repositories.cfg could not be loaded
UnityEngine.GUIUtility:ProcessEvent(Int32, IntPtr)

the application on the phone starts, but when I go to the level selection page, the levels themselves are not shown, maybe the problem is due to this warning?

There you can place your own list of sources from where the Android SDK is updated. Has nothing to do with your problem.
