What does an IPv4 address depend on and can it be virtually propagated?

For autosurfing, you need to multiply IPv4 addresses. But the problem is that IP itself does not characterize the device, but the connection as a whole. So.

1 - Is it possible to propagate IPv4 addresses on different devices within the same connection (WiFi)?
2 - Is it possible to multiply IP\Ipv4 addresses within one device and one connection?

Perhaps there are some other suggestions for autosurfing, or other side effects?

it is possible, but in the form in which it is will not help. And the ipv4 protocol settings in Windows have an advansed button. it also adds other addresses. But there is a rule: addresses should not belong to the same network, and I doubt that the provider will allocate another ip from another network. Yes, the first available address will always be used.
I looked what kind of guano this autosurfing is. In general, there is a solution with only a few virtual networks (servers) or an open socket under ssh (with the -D <Port number> <Server address> switch). In addition, each instance of the autosurf program must be configured to proxy through this socket. For some reason, it seems to me that the game is not worth the candle: the cost of the server will add up for rent and for traffic. Or for renting vpn-s.

You need to get an IP male and an IP female and then they will multiply.

А вообще, тебе нужны прокси сервера.

For what purpose?

I don't agree with you, or I don't quite understand you. What "connection" are you talking about?
Perhaps there are some other suggestions for autosurfing, or other side effects?
If autosurfing means cheating web page views, then proxies and automation using various scripts (for example, PhantomJS) will probably help you.
