Has anyone encountered a similar problem lately? Is it solvable? Or is the problem on my computer?

I forgot to write that I use the latest stable chrome as a browser.

the same. The computer is powerful. Chrome last. Windows 7. Not any extensions and adblocks of antiviruses, etc., etc. are not worth it. I checked everything for viruses and everything is ok.
The record is already fully loaded, judging by the strip, and sometimes it stops for 3-4 seconds and then starts again as if by itself. And on the other shitty computer everything is fine.
