Quiet sound when playing video in browsers. what to do?

Hello . I decided to install the mediaElement.js HTML player on the site.
The player is quite interesting and has quite a few useful plugins. Everything was fine until I started testing the playback of different videos. And here's what I noticed. The sound is much quieter than if I turned it on, for example, in a regular KMPlayer on a PC. I set the sound to the maximum on the speakers too, but as a result the sound is very quiet, while in a regular player on a PC the sound is very loud.
Please do not write "Move the slider up, etc" all this is naturally done. I also checked the mixer (I have Windows 7 in it, there is a sound setting for different programs), everything is also there to the maximum, I decided to check the same trouble in Chrome. What could be the problem ? Thanks in advance to everyone for your help.

While the page is loading to the User, download the video to the server, remake it there using, for example, FFMpeg to increase the volume level and then give it to the user) This is a joke. But as a working option.
