What does an employer expect from a coder with no experience?

Hello. Engaged in front-end'om with passed NG, studied a verst very well (HTML5, CSS3), adaptability, mastered the JS base, studied jQuery, Bootstrap, Git, Sass, SQL (only syntax), there is an understanding of AJAX (pulled content from a php script ), understanding how REST works, getting familiar with Angular. I understand that the coolest development is not cramming, but troubleshooting. I try to set some tasks for myself, but I understand that this gives less impetus than solving problems that I must solve without reproaches in the company. The tasks are complex, real, so it is interesting and informative. I feel that I need to start working, it is unlikely that they will take a junior to the front end, so the layout designer will do (then for a promotion). I am very interested in what employers expect from a coder without experience? I don't have daily practice, so I might forget some parameters (gradients, flexbox), but is it allowed? I also can’t boast of cross-browser compatibility, because when I type, everything looks fine, I observe prefixes, and if a jamb pops up in the layout, I solve it separately. If they ask me, how do you layout cross-browser? I would answer - prefixes, comments for IE from the Internet, the site can i use ... So, is my simple candidacy for the role of a layout designer suitable and how will employers treat me with such jambs? How do employers treat students? Thank you) So, is my simple candidacy for the role of a layout designer suitable, and how will employers treat me with such jambs? How do employers treat students? PS I am a full-time 3rd year student, I, such an insolent, will also ask for the opportunity to pass the session! (But I will work :))

As elsewhere, "watch and listen, watch and listen." And the main thing is to listen carefully - they said to go for beer, then go for beer, they said for cigarettes, then for cigarettes. In this case, the main thing is not to confuse
