What do you think, what set of knowledge do you need to have in order to use IBM Watson for real world purposes? In addition, of course, deep knowledge of the subject to which the activity is directed (finance, medicine, etc.).

IMHO. Watson is such a big search engine that logically links facts from one source to other facts from another source. It cannot come up with something new.
What you need to know to use Watson in everyday life? You need to know the Watson access API. Everything else is supplied by IBM as a black box.
