How to install IBM MQ?

Friends, save me!)
There is a 2008R2 server with MQ 7.0.1.3 on it. (fixpack in general)
There was a need to update to version 7.0.1.9 during the installation process, it “froze” for me at the moment: copying new files: copying the file toolkit00.u02
looked through the manager (system explorer) it was clear that the command was running

"C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe" /c setup.exe AMQWMQ70 d:\IBM\WebSphere MQ\gskit -SMS -s -f1"C:\Users\db2admin\AppData\Local\Temp\amqGSK7\setup .iss" 1>"C:\Users\db2admin\AppData\Local\Temp\amqt0001.txt" 2>&1

As a result, I tried several times to run the MQ update process ... without success.
I decided to remove MQ completely - I deleted it, cleaned everything I found in the registry.
I installed the basic version 7.0.1.0 - at a similar moment it stuck in me :(
(there is a trick that if I kill the process that processes this command in the dispatcher, the installation proceeds further) .. I thought maybe I could roll the fix without any problems (naive young man)...
I sinned for the lack of privileges for accounting - but it has everything you need, and even launched the installer from the admin.
I don’t know where to dig :(

It is highly recommended to disable or pause your anti-virus software before starting the installation/updating. On certain configurations, the included antivirus leads to a VERY noticeable slowdown, and sometimes to a "freeze" installation.
The above installation command updates the IBM Global Security Kit (GSKit7) and hangs at this point.
IBM has a separate solution document for this issue:
WebSphere MQ v7.0 Installation hangs at almost 100...
