Hello .... I don’t know the programming language and have never encountered this at all .... In general, I have groups on some resources on humor .... I decided to try to create applications so that it published what was in the group .... How I need to create applications, with an online designer or with my own hands ..... And most importantly, I need that what I publish in a group on the site is synchronized in the application ..... Or do I need to create topics separately in the application? Like a neo-VK application but with a subscription to one channel ..... They advised on the Unity engine and do you need a server chtoli?

Then order freelance or use the constructor. I have not used constructors, I can’t advise a specific one, and I don’t know how adequately they work, but you can try. Google "android app builder" or something similar.
This is quite real, and the specific implementation already depends on the data source, i.e. site from which the data will be taken.
