there is such a thing: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.i... Pidroid, it has the ability to install all kinds of plugins, one of which is jupiter. It's pretty fun to do this on a phone, but it's not always convenient, to be honest.
The connected plug-in will work in the browser, just like the jupiter on PeKa.
