I remember that a few years ago I could not go out for days - I worked all the time, interrupted only at the PPP (by (sr | sp | zhr) at) and take a shower. Now I have 2 projects, in the near future one more is expected. In addition, I have a couple of my own projects that I started some time ago and are gradually working on them.
But there is a problem: I have not been doing anything for work for several days - I read habr, watch TV shows and films, read books, see friends, go for a walk, etc. In general, I do everything to not work ...
Burnt out?
Sport? - a year ago, due to an injury, I was forced to quit, I want to return, but it’s not possible yet - it’s too early. Rest? - I just took a break a couple of months ago

When it's not working, my advice is to read books. This is much more useful than doing "it is not clear what."
Draw a daily burndown diagram of tasks planned for a week or two. Within the day, use the pomodoro technique . And even more often think that life is finite and you can’t waste it in vain.
This means that there are no planned steps, actions. It is necessary to take one project, a notebook and go to a cafe for the evening - to paint details. As soon as the specifics appear, there will be a desire to work. Now just in front of you is an unknown abyss of unknown work in an incomprehensible quantity. Of course it loads. =)
If you can afford not to work - do not work, it will pass. No need to force yourself through force - only aggravate the situation.
Take a couple of weeks off. Walk, sleep, drink beer, read books. Will release soon.
There are a few things that help me at times like this.
Hobby . I am fond of music, so for a working mood it is enough to learn how to play a new melody on the “piano”. It takes less than an hour, but in return it leaves a feeling of completeness and gives a charge for work. Fine motor skills also play a role.
Completion of pending cases . The same principle - you bring to the end things that are not essential and you get a portion of productivity.
And this is because from one extreme to another. It also happens to me when, for a certain period of time, I concentrate on one aspect of life. So far, I have come to the conclusion that during the day there should be a change of 2, and preferably 3 types of activity. Moreover, it is useful and conscious, stupidity on the Internet does not count. In general, let the brain switch the way of thinking or something. I also realized that such "failures" in work are greatly affected by ignoring the weekend. Idleness must also be conscious, otherwise it turns into boundless procrastination.
A similar situation - work + your project ... the project passed and continued only minor improvements on features and somehow decided to refactor and stalled .., months. three did nothing... Movies, friends, relatives and just relaxing... but one evening I decided to take a look - where did I stop and what did I even want to do? He opened it, was horrified and began to rewrite and finish it. For myself, I realized one thing - the break was only good)
Urgently on vacation, at sea, at the cottage, 5-7 days, no computers, no phones. The same situation was when I got involved in the Durov contest + main job + repair :)
Burned out, that's right. All because of the cycling on the same type of activity. They wrote correctly above - you need to seriously distract yourself, if not for two weeks, but at least for a few days stop staring at the monitor. And remember, no matter how wonderful the projects are, you need not to miss the weekend, give yourself free time every day (a tough schedule), and at this time try to radically change the type of activity (otherwise everything will sooner or later come down to this situation).
