What do these circles mean? How to build logos? Golden Ratio?

I found these logos with the contours of circles on the Internet. Maybe you can read about it somewhere? It just became interesting what role the circles played here.90871ac8bdbf4b1896a8c34dead4f3ad.png46c27b215e1e4d5598b2262f3252c222.png

Here is a good post on the topic. The short answer is that these schemes used to be used for scaling.

What are you?! This is the most important thing in the logo design process! Such circles make it possible to increase the budget for work several times, forcing the customer to think about the golden ratio, and not about the aesthetics of the result. And if you add an arithmetic example that clearly shows how exactly the logo reflects the essence of the customer’s business (like rocker arm + caiman turtle = super-logo; you’ve seen this, for sure) - then consider that you have comprehended all aspects of amateur logo creation.

In this case, circles are just circles.

Here, the circles are like a base, like a skeleton, like a template, like an armature, like .... a certain essence, from which it is easier to push off, it is easier to keep proportions, to give the viewer an understanding of the meaning of the logo more accessible, circles - as one of the simplest figures of geometry, using only it, you can create beautiful things.

What kind of nonsense?
These circles are figures of a certain size that retain the "Golden Ratio" and Fibonacci numbers. Thanks to them, a proportional logo is obtained that pleases the eye. I don’t know where to read it, it’s easier to find a video.
