Recently, I came to terms with the fact that I won’t test my application on a device for free and decided to purchase a developer account.
I read somewhere that you need to send something to a fax, etc. troubles. I wanted to know the following, being at the stage of specifying the card data and after payment, what should I do next? And will I be able to test applications right away?

With the release of the new xcode, a developer account is not required to test applications on the device. It remains to wait quite a bit.
If you are registering as a person, then you do not need to do anything else, after payment within 72 hours your account will be activated.
