Yes, almost any (Debain, Ubuntu, Mint)! Only a lightweight graphical interface needs to be installed.
Any linux distribution without a graphical installer and a default DE (for example, Debian core, Arch, etc.). After installation, try to start the peripherals, and if possible, the graphics mode of the video card.
I put Xubuntu on a similar piece of iron. There is a very minimal core option. After installation, it freezes less than 400 MB of RAM.
