What digital or IT courses really help you change your profession?

I want to change my profession. I graduated from medical school, to become a nurse, but by the 3rd year it completely ceased to be interesting for me, plus there are not many denyushek there. I worked part-time during all the training, slapped forums for game servers, created groups on VK, periodically read articles on SEO, but didn’t really get into it, because there was no experimental site (forums on free constructors do not advance). In general, maybe someone knows some courses where you can learn a little, fix your education and move into digital or IT? I'm 23 years old, I think it's not all lost with education)
