What device would you recommend for remote clamping of the motherboard buttons?

What device would you recommend for remote clamping of the motherboard buttons? I'm interested in a ready-made solution that can close different pins of the motherboard for reset, poweroff / on, etc., I'm also interested in other features, such as a web interface. In a word, a simple IPMI for a desktop mother (a soldered laptop).

There are several options:
1. Something home-made, based on a router and a relay, for example, on a tp-link, you can control the power of the usb port, and it, in turn, will close the relay.
2. GSM socket, where the relay outputs are soldered to the button contacts.
3. Special devices, for example shop.nag.ru/catalog/00007.Avtomatizatsiya-i-monito...
