What device to choose to "play"?

Hello everyone
Something itched to play something, but there is no efficient equipment. On the poppy is not-played, on the iPhone I do not like. What can be taken from the budget to kill the Wishlist?
PSP? Seems like an old one. PS Vita? A good option, but games for it are no longer being made.
PS 3, 4, XBOX I do not want to take, because I'm moving to another country in the summer.
What do you advise?

If just to play, I would take a PSP, flash it, and play PS1-2 toys (I'm not sure about the second one, but it seems possible), shogi and other dandies. The issue price on the secondary is two thousand rubles + half an hour for the firmware (done programmatically), many cool and eternal games came out under these platforms.

NES and SNES emulator plus F310 gamepad. Can be installed on android tv.
