In any case, sending SMS from a phone or modem is not fast enough compared to specialized mailing services. For example, I refused the option of sending SMS via modem, although in terms of cost (after the increase in SMS prices) it was very, very cheap.
For example, sending 300 SMS via modem took me about 3 hours....
