Spam from the bank....?

Good afternoon community.
Recently, I am a happy owner of a salary card from VTB Bank (Ukraine). Until the GSM-Banking service was connected, everything was fine, except for the inconvenience of using the card. In order to remember how much money was on it, I had to go to an ATM (: I connected the service, reports on withdrawal and replenishment come. But along with them messages like
“Sender: VTBBank
Win more expensively from Monaco and prizes from VTB football lizi. .....”
I called the hotline asking them to remove my phone number from this spam mailing list, to which the girl replied, “Sorry, we can’t do that.”
So, dear experts, the question is: where should I go next with this question. I am aware that truth and justice are on my side, and, most likely, you just need to know which lever to pull in order to solve this problem.
I would be most grateful for the information.
PS Specially indicated that the card is a salary, so that there are no options for "Change the bank."

The Russian law on advertising definitely violates this, but I'm afraid you give your consent when concluding a contract for a banking service.

What do they say in the department?
When connecting the service did not put extra checkboxes?

You need to call further, senior manager, etc. obligated to remove. True, you may have to refuse the informing service, since spam may automatically turn on when they connect the service. In general, this is not serious on the part of the bank, I would not trust such a bank with money)

They did the wrong thing by not going to the bank. You need to personally come there and talk, they will tell you anything on the phone, but in person they will speak differently.

If it is a Russian bank, I would recommend contacting the Central Bank of the Russian Federation or the FAS.
Banks are afraid of these two supervisory offices. Disputes with them end at best with penalties, at worst with license revocation.
