What determines the correct operation of Windows 2012 R2 (work in browsers)?
Available vds Windows 2012 R2 Standart 8Gb RAM, 4 processors QUEMU Virtual CPU version 2.5+ 2.99GHz
When renting this vds, I was interested in the full ability to work in browsers: opening a significant number of tabs in several browsers.
The content of the tabs is an animation in the form of banners, graphics, videos.
Before that, I had to work with a less demanding server with 1Gb RAM and 1 processor.
Question: the increase is clearly not what was expected in the amount of information viewed simultaneously. Charts, and especially videos, load jerky (if they load at all with multiple browsers/tabs open). What determines the success of working with the necessary amount of information? The server needs to be configured in some special way, or did I make a mistake and I need to look for a server with a video card?

From the data transfer rate from the VPS to the computer from which this video is viewed. RDP was not designed for such things. Yes, they began to make them on it. And we got what we got :)
And what prevents you from opening the task manager and seeing if there is enough memory and processor?
And draw the right conclusion.
I hope the server is in quick availability and not behind a 50 ms ping
Try Windows Server 2016, it uses a new codec for RDP stream
