IMHO it's best to customize the GIT client in your IDE. Plugins, settings, etc.

Every IDE has a built-in git client. The most successful implementation, as always, is with JetBrains products.
If you are looking for a separate client, in addition to those already offered:
From the developers of Sublime Text: https://www.sublimemerge.com/
And git-gui comes with git for Windows: https://git- scm.com/docs/git-gui/
I've used many clients - all of which are inferior in terms of usability to the one built into *Storm.
