Can't upload files to github gives error "fatal: HttpRequestException encountered. An error occurred while sending the request."?

Dear toasters, I have such a problem, I can’t upload files to github after the command git push -u origin master gives error #1, I ignore the error and enter my login and password, after which it gives error #2. I did everything as usual, before there were no problems with git at all, maybe an error on the github side. I reinstalled Windows, maybe I put git crookedly, I don’t even know where to dig, and the tail and head are not visible. Maybe someone faced this error, I will be glad to hear.
