What database can be used to determine whether geographic coordinates belong to a particular country (preferably a city)? For example, there are coordinates lat=52.964819, long=36.062964. How to determine that this is Russia and the city of Orel? I mean is there any database that describes the polygons (borders) of countries? So far, all the databases that I have found are a certain geographical point in the center of the country ....
